Countdown Day 13. Had some cookies!

Weekends are hard for diets. Friday and Saturday, I did ok, but on Sunday I had 2 homemade cookies. My daughter's homework for tomorrow was to bring 5 cookies to the class because it's their 100th day at school. So, we made choco chips cookies and I just couldn't resist. But I've been good for breakfast and lunch, so, I will forgive myself for the slip, hahaha.

I exercised in the morning both Saturday and Sunday, so I stuck to my plan.

Tomorrow it will be easier because it's a weekday. It's getting harder to eat right all the time without any cheating, but that's the only way.

My ticker shows now 3 lbs lost out of 8 lbs to reach my short term goal. I am still very motivated to get to my goal. Seeing the ticker helps.
