My Next 3 Weeks

BLC16 on the Blue team wrapped up on Monday, and I finished directly on the BMI line between obese and overweight, a fraction of a pound from my goal of going under that line.

BLC15 with the Amber Amazon Warriors is winding down with only 3 weeks left and I am beginning to really take a close look at where I want to be in that time. Each week, we go up in fitness minutes and hopefully down in lbs, tracking both and achieving a rank depending on how many overall fitness minutes we have racked up during the challenge. In order to reach the highest rank by the end of the challenge, I need to exercise either approximately 2 hrs a day 7 days a week, or about 2.5 hours a day 6 days a week. I CAN DO THIS. While losing 17 lbs in the next 3 weeks (to put me under 200) is not impossible, it is improbable. However, if I lose 2 lbs a week for these next 3 weeks, I will be within 10 lbs of 200 and so I am setting that as another goal. I CAN DO THIS.

BL Spring Challenge is launching this week and I am really excited to be beginning another round with my magnificent red team! The goals I am working on for these coming three weeks will not only help me finish the other challenges strong, but will give me a great start on this new Spring season!

So to lay it out...

For the next 3 weeks I will really focus on meeting my goals. I will:

1. Get within 10 lbs of being under 200 by making healthy choices and eating in my calorie range.
2.Make time and accept no excuses with my exercise so I can end BLC15 a top ranked Warrior!
3.Continue my c25k training and other challenges to keep me focused and having fun!
