Countdown Day 9. I lost 4.2 lbs and 3.2% bodyfat so far!

This is my third week down and I lost 4.2 lbs and 3.2% bodyfat. Now I'm at 25.3% bodyfat at 104 lbs (remember I'm short, 5ft). I want to get to 15% like some of the following women athletes:

Women
Distance runners ----- 10-26%
Elite marathon runners ----- 9-12%
Sprinters ----- 12-18%
Jumpers & Hurdlers ----- 12-20%
Olympic gymnasts ----- 11-14%
Bodybuilder, contest condition ----- 8-12%
Bodybuilder, off season ----- 13-18%
Soccer players ----- 10-18%
Baseball/softball players ----- 12-18%
Pro basketball players ----- 10-16%
Cross country skiers ----- 17-23%
Tennis players ----- 14-20%
Swimmers ----- 10-16%

9 days left for my 100 lbs challenge. Realistically I will not lose 3.8 lbs en 9 days, so I will be happy if I lose another pound or 2 the next 9 days.
