Countdown Day 8. Another weekend

I dread weekends for my diet. I have to be strong! I'm going to allow one cookie because we're going to make cookies tomorrow with my kids and some friends. Just for the fun of it. Kids love to make cookies.
Today, I will run again 30 min and then walk for 60 min. I am tired, but I will not think about that. Saturday will be my rest day for this week. I've changed the workout schedule a little this week.
This morning I was worried about some relatives in Japan, but they are all right. I am relieved, but I'm thinking about the other people who perished in the earthquake and tsunami. It must be really hard for their families.
Only 8 days left for the countdown challenge. I will do my best till day 0. And then I'm off to vacation for a week and I will try my best to eat healthy and exercise. When I come back it will be another countdown starting from day 24 till Easter, when we're going camping for the weekend. That's a 4-day break. After that I will start another countdown from day 25 until May 18th where I'm taking a 5-day break. Goal should be 5 lbs for each countdown.
