What The Heck...

I started back posting all my food and exercising. I joined the gym and diligently go 5-6 times each week. I lift weights (not heavy) 3 times a week and do 30-60 minutes of cardio each time I go. I also have a physical job (massage therapist). Yet, in the past 3 weeks that I've been doing this, I've gained 2 pounds. My husband says its muscle weight, but it is still disheartening and hard to believe.
My skin is feeling smoother and tighter. My attitude seems to be getting better, but my pants are getting tighter. How could that be if I am tightening everything up. The only time I lost weight in the past few weeks was when I splurged and had french fries the night before. How is that showing me the path to enlightenment in healthy eating. I then gained back the weight when i ate healthy, YIKES.
I am going to keep on this path even though no weight is being lost and obviously no inches. Hopefully after a few months it will all fall off at once hahaha!
I was excited when I turned 50, but being 52 seems to suck (oops sorry, but true)
Hope everyone else is having a super fabulous awesome weight loss month. Thank goodness it's almost spring.
