Countdown Day 2. Lost 4.8 lbs.

Day 2 and I lost 4% bodyfat and 4.8 lbs so far. That's great for my first month. After a week break, I don't know where my starting weight will be, but I will try to lose another 5 lbs for the next month. It was hard, but it is worth the results. I know the last lbs are the hardest, so I will keep being very strict in my diet and continue with the trainer.
I don't want to celebrate too much because when I go on vacation, I tend to lose control of my diet, but I am preparing myself mentally from today. I will try to stick to healthy choices and try to refrain from desserts as much as possible. I will track the calories on my itouch and log on sparks. I will run at least 3 times next week.
