1. I am too blessed to be stressed! I know this is true, but I still let silly things get in my head that make me worry too much. Looking forward, I want my stress level to go down. I don't want to waste time on unimportant things in life.
2. I am worth it! I know this is also true, but I want to be able to look in the mirror and say this to myself. I am worth all the time and energy it takes to get healthy and stay healthy. My son always comes first, but after his needs are met, I am getting myself in shape so I can be healthier for him!
