week 1

Okay so its been one week till my subscription to the gym! I went 3 times, counting this morning. I thought I would go more often but for a first week.. still not too bad! I also had a couple long walks to enjoy the sun and warmer temps. I am 3 pounds down!! I basically just cut on the junk food and drank a lot of water.

Next week will be a bigger challenge, i will try to go every day and introduce the weights program. That means i have to be in bed at a reasonable hour, to wake up early and to head to the gym right after breakfast, before work. Im quite busy with a full time job, part time classes at university, a boyfriend and 3 cats. PHEW! but I really want it. We'll see :)

I started entering all calories eaten last week but it was too long and the info wasnt always available, and in general, i know when what i eat is good or bad.. so whatever :)
