Okay so Sunday = weight in. 169 pounds! WHAT!!?
I was pretty sure to be around 160 since I was 165 last week and can definitively feel some changes on my body. I did ate pizza and fries just before going to the gym though, but still!! Argh!
Oh well, im still motivated to go this next week, kinda like the feeling i have after a good 30 minutes of cardio ;)
