Sunday-rest
Monday-jog/walk intervals-30 mins & weights-15 mins.
Tuesday-jog/walk intervals-30 mins & weights-15 mins.
Wednesday-Walk away the pounds DVD-3 miles
Thursday-jog/walk intervals-30 mins & weights-15 mins.
Friday-jog/walk intervals-30 mins & weights-15 mins.
Saturday-Biggest Loser workout
