Woops, WoOps, WoOPs, WOOPs, WOOPS - WOW!

So I started March at 184 pounds. Worked and struggled all the way through March to wind up at 180 yesterday. I had seen 179 on the scale a week or so prior so I thought I stood a chance of posting 179 this morning.
But ... yesterday was poker day. And I drank a ton of vodka and ended up eating a lot of cheese and crackers and even some Cashew nuts. Honestly? Didn't think it'd be a big deal.
Stepped on the scale this morning to see 183. I tell ya I was stunned. Stunned because of several reasons, not the least of which is I'm going to have to use this number for my "final weigh-in of the month."
Yes, my real final weigh in for March was yesterday at 180 but I can't, in good conscience, use 180. I just can't.
Anyway, now for the good news. I've been doing this long enough to know that those pounds will come flying off and will be gone by next Friday - no sweat. It's just a shame that it causes me a week delay every time I have one of these brain-damage days.
Also, it means I can post a one-pound loss for March. Thinking a one-pound loss for a month is no big deal? Maybe not to you but it is just fine with me. Yes, I'd like more but I'm happy to be able to post a loss.
To think I was almost able to post a four-pound loss for the month and I squandered it all in one day of poker, vodka, and cheese -- sheesh.
OK -- April here I come -- starting at 183.
