Changing things up

I've been stuck in a rut for a while now. Maybe it's a plateau. I've been told a rut is a grave with the ends kicked out ... Whatever!!

I've increased my fitness activity. In January I did the 10 minute daily fitness challenge and successfully completed it. In February and March I reached 1000 fitness minutes each month (even with going on vacation in March and not tracking the walking I did in Belgium).

I intend to continue earning that 1000 monthly minute award - it's starting to feel good to walk! I had found myself walking up the escalator in the airport. It surprised me, but it was the right thing to do.

I've updated my fitness plan and my targetsin the trackers ... wondering if that would change my nutrition goals. Nope. Ok - I'll keep the same range for now. I've also adjusted my weight loss tracker to show a mid-range goal (175 by the end of 2011) and show weight instead of pounds lost.

So what are my April goals? 1) to earn my 3rd consecutive 1000-minute award and 2) to stay in my calorie range every day.
