Goals for April!!

Alright so I woke up this morning and said ENOUGH!! There are so many things in my life right now that I am unable to control but I should at least get a better handle o nthe things that I can so here are my goals for April......

Daily vitamins!! I really stink at this.
Exercise everyday but one but everyday if I want to ... : )
Log my food! I stink at this to!
Drink 8 glasses of water at least a day...I stink at this to!

Alright if I can do these things I think I can get myself physically back on track and feeling better. Hope everyone is having a great April so far!

    Totally doable! You can do anything you want. I found, for me, that it was better to set weekly goals instead of monthly. A week is definitely doable. Hang in there and be proud of all you have accomplished. HUGS!

    GO!!! You can do this! I've got a tip you might like for the water. I went down to the local convenience store and got two 33oz bottles of water, the ones with the sports tops. Now instead of worrying about eight eight ounce glasses or having to keep track of that, I only have to have two of these a day. Easy peasy. lol Good luck this month!!
