Thank you ladies!

I think I actually like going to the gym, it's not that hard for me, it's more a question of time.. I am so busy.. On the other hand, it allows me not to worry about anything else, I don't bring my phone to the gym, just an iPod, so I just sit on that bike and do my thing while listening to music. I can enjoy that!

I lost my first 40 pounds just changing my nutrition habits and walking, I know it can be done again, but my body is asking for more for such a long time now.. It really needs to get done. I need to relearn how to eat well and resist junk cravings. Lately the latest is the hardest. ..emotions.. I need to find some focus.

I think it's doable :)

I bought good stuff; veggies, fruit, stuff to make smoothies for after the gym, made a fresh batch of hummus, etc. I will cut mayonnaise and cheese from my breakfast and stop eating chips/chocolate/random stuff while I work.. and try to replace it by some more healthy options like rice crackers and nuts and fruit :) I was still eating quite well even though I took 20 pounds back, it's just all the "other" things that ruined it all.

OK BYE, tons of homework to do.. deadlines deadlines.

Life always gets in the way! Sounds like you are off to a great week though! You have a great plan.

I guess we really have to keep reminding ourselves that when we are doing exercises and eating well- we are really looking after ourselves. We are 'refuelling' and 'tuning up'. (My goodness, too many car references-can you tell I have two boys!?)

And yes, it can(should) be enjoyable to be looking after ourselves. We are worth it! Maybe we could start a new group called the emotional exercisers or something like that!

Good luck with the homework. emoticon
