So I returned to the gym today, I'm proud of myself! That's not something I would usually succeed to do. I'm not pushing myself too hard on cardio though, but that's ok, I allow myself not to since it's only the second time I go, and I used to do nothing physical at all. My muscles are sore, it kinda feels good ;) I'll go again tomorrow, if i'm physically able to!

I made the grocery today, I bought a lot of whole wheat stuff, hummus, tofu.. vegetables! I love my new healthy habbits! I don't think I would have learn as much about good health without SparkPeople.. I feel lucky that i've found that website, let's say, almost by error.
