I remember feeling so frustrated on saturday about the results of my weekly weigh in, I guess I just thought that I would be losing 16 or 17 lbs every week like people on Biggest Loser but now I realize that does not happen and i am good with that. I almost stopped my weight loss journey out of frustration, I'm so glad I didn't and pressed on. I will reach my goal because I honestly believe in myself and I have the perseverance needed. Thanks to everyone again for commenting on my blog. My overweight friends don't think they need to lose weight and my family doesn't believe I'll reach my goal so yeah. Hopefully by reaching my goal my friends will take the initiative and go into a weight loss program, that's all 4 now!!!!!!!!!!! emoticon emoticon

This is a wonderful outlook!! If only more people had your attitude, everyone would be healthy and lose weight! Never forget that you are beautiful and you are loved and you are worth every tough moment of this journey!!

And when your friends see you heading toward your goal weight, they'll be so jealous and inspired that they'll ask you for all your secrets--and then they'll see you as not just sexy and thinner, but smarter too!!

It's tough when you don't have support of family and friends - but you have it here! I had the same experience, and it wasn't until I had maintained for about 5 years, that people realized I wasn't going back, so to speak. And guess what? It did inspire several of them to lose and become active. You just do this for you right now.
