Two pds/week is a tough goal! Like the others here-I haven't done that in.....forever!
I like to refer to some of the motivational articles that suggest setting goals that we have control over. Ex. Drinking 8 glasses of water a day, eating 5 fruits or vegies a day, etc. Of course, don't look at my ticker right at the moment, I just put it up a pound! But I think it's exactly because of that-I have lost vision of my goals!!!
I've decided that today that I'm setting up goals for May. I'm working on my May goals blog. If you're interested, set something up too and we can cheer each other along for the month! 3701 days ago
Don't get discouraged, think about it, two pounds are two pounds that you could be carying around now but you are not, it slowly starts accumulating and when you least expect it you have lost ten, twelve or even more pounds. Change is slow but it comes, just hang in there. 3703 days ago
