Trying new workouts

I have started to do Zumba with my neighbor who wanted me to go to the class and give it a try. Wow, it is one of the hardest works I've ever done. I've gone about 6 times and enjoy it and it takes a lot of energy to make it the full hour long class. Last week I went 3 times and can feel the difference, just wish I had more coordination because of it being a group class of about 50 people. I am exhausted afterwards but it is all worth it to get to my goal.
Today thought I would try running laps around my backyard. I could only go for about 10 minutes to start out. I have discovered how out of shape I am it was totally in my face since I had to stop and get water. Well, taking one step one foot in front of another keeping moving. Tomorrow, I will try and run for 10 minutes around the backyard and see who well I do. When I was a kid I would run in our Physical ED class and be fine. Building up endurance will be key. One day I will run a mile some how some way.
