wen is my weigh in day
im only down 1 pound..
Im tracking every single thing
this week ive had no bread salad dressing or mayo at all...those were my sacrifices this week.
Im eating the best I know how honestly
Im exercising and in an entire 3 weeks ive lost a loosy pound...
doesnt seem right or fair.
im using my tread mill im pushing myself and a little bummed.
