ONE lb - two weeks? ohhhhh this plauteau thing is no fun!

yep - 1lb loss in 2 weeks now....

we're exercising 3-4x per week - not using weights.... we're REALLY mixing it up by starting new classes - that are close to killing the both of us... we've even started a boxing class last week that we barely, barely were able to finish...

I've never felt pain in the sides of my body around my ribcage like I do these days after that boxing class... but in the longrun it feels great....!

but sheesh - 1lb...????? argh... not very motivating at all - so I'm taking the time to put this into my blog here - and who knows - reply back if you've been there - I sure could use the encouragement...!
