Blogging for points and my eating sucks!

So I have been doing really good with exercise. I have been walking at least for an hour with Nathan and this is pushing his stroller up and down hills not just one straight way and my butt and legs are feeling it! haha Plus Nathan just wants to be outside and who can blame the poor kid that has been stuck inside all winter and by God it was along one! So I have been chasing him around outside and putting him around in his wagon around the house and planting some herbs, flowers, and tomatoes!! So excited about that! Plus I have been getting some yoga in at night and need to be getting my strength in to but I have not done that yet..... I will get to it!

Now that I have all that done I have been stuffing my face still..... My will power is horrid and people keep bringing bad food in the house. Arg! I have to get a handle on it. I will be faced with bad foods forever and need to be able to control that urge that makes me want it just purely because I know I should not! I am not even hungry! I will get this!

    First off, you are doing AWESOME with your exercise!!! And pushing your son up all those hills is adding some ST to your days too:-) I hear ya about if there is food in the house. I try to keep all the bad stuff out of here, or I'll be eating it too. I think everyone gave you some great advice. You have to figure out what works for you. You don't have to do everything all at once. I know we all want to make all these big changes, including myself. But maybe we will be more successful if we concentrate on one thing at a time? You'll figure it out! emoticon

    You're getting lots of exercise. That's great. Sometimes I tell myself I can eat something but I have to (any exercise here) first and then I can eat it. At least I burn calories before I ingest more.

    Its okay to take everything one step at a time. You know what the final goal is and you WILL get there. Do it your way and you will feel much more of an acomplishment

    that's why I don't keep dangerous food in the house. unfortunately my mom keeps baking cakes. but i try to ignore them. maybe you should start with small steps? like a little pizza is OK but no chips?or choose one of those bad foods , think about a limited portion , see the calories and extract them from the total , just in case?

    I understand you wanting food because it is there. Stay tough for a few weeks and saying no will be natural. You won't want it honestly. You will get past it. I promise.
    And if you are going to give in repeat this 3 times and see if you really want it.

    You are doing an amazing job with Nathan and the exercise. I am still learning to pass over the foods that are laying around and are not the best choice for me. Moderate success so far. I think I have to do some more internal sorting out.
