Shrimp Kabob Creole Style

I had a wonderful barbeque last night. One of the selections was this shrimp kabob recipe below. I used whole grain rice instead of couscous and added zucchini to the list of veggies. Tip if using wooden skewers, before using them, soak them in water for 15 minutes to avoid burning on the grill. Enjoy!
