My weight loss has been stalled since November. I had let the holiday cookies distract me and then just continued nibbling ... I knew it wasn't in my best interests.
So I've decided it's time for me to get busy and start losing again. I've readjusted my trackers for a short term, 15-pound goal in the next 8 weeks. I want to get to one-derland by my birthday at the end of July.
Let's see if I can drop 2 pounds this week ... NO! Watch me drop 2 pounds in the next week! I can do this!!!!
I reset my tracker every month to reflect where I want to be by month's end depending on the previous month's progress but also have the ultimate goal tracked as a reminder of the big goal.
