Monday Morning...New Week!

Good Morning!

Still getting the cob webs cleared out a bit, but plugging away and looking to execute my plan today and throughout the week.

New adjusted work schedule to give me a few gaps for transition...half days on M & F, scheduled work outs w/Annette on M & F afternoons.

I was more sore Sunday from Friday's workout than I was on Saturday...I just gotta push through this initial ramp up period and re-build some momentum.

So just checking in to help keep myself connected to my goals!

    HI there, you are doing well! It is normal to be more sore on day 2 after a vigorous workout..... Like when we do our run across the Ngong Hills (whoever named them Hills needs to be punished, they are MOUNTAINS), I usually do ok on day 1 and can't climb stairs on day 2....LOL But it is part of the fun.

    Am still dreaming on being fit enough one day to survive the Ngongathon without feeling sore. But I guess for that you need to add Mountain runs to your regular schedule..... LOL
