Monday Morning...New Week!

Still getting the cob webs cleared out a bit, but plugging away and looking to execute my plan today and throughout the week.
New adjusted work schedule to give me a few gaps for transition...half days on M & F, scheduled work outs w/Annette on M & F afternoons.
I was more sore Sunday from Friday's workout than I was on Saturday...I just gotta push through this initial ramp up period and re-build some momentum.
So just checking in to help keep myself connected to my goals!
