Fit Tests results

Monday, May 23, 2011

Hi there! So today was Day 1 of Insanity's month 2 and I had my 3rd Fit test as well as a 60 min video of Max Interval training.

1. I can definitely see why ppl are saying they saw the most results in month 2. I would've worked out for 1.5 hours but I just couldn't get that last half hour in. I was exhausted! WHEW!

2. I feel GREAT! ... even though I didn't finish the video...

3. The first test in each fit test are Switch Kicks... From the beginning I managed to screw up the counting so I have decided to not count those hahaha... The order of numbers are as follows: Fit Test #1 (week 1), Fit Test #2 (week 3), Fit Test #3 (week 5)

Power Jacks-- 40, 54, 50
Power Knees-- 70, 75, 90
Power Jumps-- 24, 25, 30
Global Jumps-- 7, 10, 11
Suicide Jumps-- 12, 16, 18
Push-up jacks-- 15, 20, 22
Low-Plank Obliques-- 45, 50, 47

Overall, I have definitely improved and I love it! emoticon Have a great night everybody! I'm off to have some protein and a nice healthy dinner.

Month 2 is where I started to drag because it was such a time and energy commitment to dig deep for an hour every day. Nonetheless, the workouts are great and if you can push through it, you'll have awesome results. Good luck!

You sure have improved! 1.5 hours, um yeah that is a bit much. I am doing almost 2 hours with the challenge I have but I had to split up the work out today because I was tired. I am so excited to hear you are doing Insanity. No I haven't done but I would like to. I live in a apartment on the 2nd floor so I can't be doing all that jumping and stuff.

Right. At least you feel good. I know I sometimes feel good after but mostly in the morning after a good nights rest and then I can see the muscles starting to peak threw the fat. Ah so inspiring.
