Wednesday, February 14, 2007

Well hello to all of you out there that have decided to peek into the world of purple. I am trying my hardest to lose some weight even though it is four weeks after the hysterectomy I am forcing the issue of recovery and doing last three days in a row 100 minutes of excercise a day! whether it be small or long it all adds up. I have totally recovered in my eye but there are always little stitches that tell me whoops be careful inside here there is some art work that needs to "dry" before I go hanging it up to roller blade again(that is the worst I want to go so bad when the weather is so nice)
Going to get some fitness t.v. in and then have some Breakfast!! Lator and go go go all yall!! Do your plank exercise it is great!! LOL Drink your water with me!! and go buy some carrot sticks!! Do not eat all that chocolate!!

Dont want to sound preachy but if you are interested in my experience, and I have had some experience in this matter, losing more than 1 pound per week is not a good idea. I might be wrong but It sounds like you may be trying to hard.

I tried to focus on a diet and excersise routine that I could maintain for the long run. It took me a year to lose those 60 lbs. I've run into so many people that took it off fast then put it right back on fast.

It took me 20 years to put it on. I didn't feal a bit bad about taking a year to take it off.
