Gotta love a 3 day weekend! Looking forward to a nice(hot) day on the golf course. It's a tournament & just a fun day.
My eating has been ok........although I haven't been weighing myself. I'm trying to only eat when my body tells me it needs it & then not stuff myself. So far, so good. I know that this way of eating will not result in fast weight loss. I'm just trying to be "normal" & let the pounds fall where they may!
I'll be a tired girl this afternoon. Walking 18 holes of golf while pushing my clubs is a good workout!
