What was I thinking???

Okay, I set some crazy health and fitness goal for myself for the next 30 days and it sounds crazy when I look at it right now but this seems like the only way I will be able to push myself.
Here it is:
1. Walk at least 2 miles each day (indoors with Leslie or outside if the day is good)
2. Jillian Michaels 30 day shred (at least 5 days out of 7 in a week)
3. 30 minutes of pilates
4. Eat a bowl of salad everyday (I need to up my veggies)
5. Try and get some good and proper sleep
I got tired of reading about how other people have changed their lives, become more active and healthier and do nothing about the way I live my life.
I understand and accept that there might be days I will not want to do any of the things I have listed here but I have the choice of falling into a rut or picking myself up and pushing forward.
Age doesn't appear overnight, obesity doesn't either. They both creep up on you. One you can do nothing about, the other you can choose.
So why do I choose to be lazy about the way I want to grow old?
I can do this.
Let the journey begin.
