Thursday: 2 Mile Run

Saturday: Bike 50 minutes

Sunday: 4 Mile Run

6/20/11 – 6/26/11

Tuesday: 3 Mile Run

Wednesday: Bike 40 minutes

Thursday: 2 Mile Run

Saturday: Bike 60 minutes

Sunday: 4.5 Mile Run

6/27/11 – 7/3/11

Tuesday: 3 Mile Run

Wednesday: Bike 40 minutes

Thursday: 2 Mile Run

Saturday: Freebie. I’ll be in Michigan for the 4th of July so there will be lots of swimming, and tubing, and wakeboarding. There will be plenty of activity.

Sunday: 5 Mile Run

Wednesday: Bike 45 minutes

Thursday: 2 Mile Run

Saturday: Bike 60 minutes

Sunday: 5.5 Mile Run

Sunday: 10K Race Day!
