41 Days of Consecutive Cardio, and Counting!

Today is day 41 of my 20 minutes or more cardio per day consecutive cardio streak! A few days ago, I had to run into the store to go to the bathroom. There was tons of traffic, as the parking lot and the lanes around it were packed with people and cars, and it was kinda raining out. First I'm leaving the car, and next thing I know, I have jogged fairly briskly to the door of the store, and without being out of breath. It felt good! Apparently, with all this cardio on my recumbant bike, I am now able to run much more easily. I am also noticing that I can run up and down the stairs without feeling winded and tired by the time I make it to the top! Slowly but surely, I am noticing improvements in my physical condition due to the constant workouts. Go ME!
