I don't have a lot of time to write a blog because I have to get ready for work BUT I have a couple of small goals for myself this week:
1. LIMIT unnecessary sugars!!! Even though I've totally been slacking on logging my food, I know I have been eating a lot of sweets the past week and a half. Little chocolate here, ice cream there, cookies cookies cookies. NO! Not this week! My face is breaking out and all this sugar is not healthy, overall.
2. Keep workin' out! I've been doing great! I need this is be a small goal of mine for the rest of my life. Otherwise I won't do it. The guilty feeling you get if you DON'T workout is terrible. I hate that feeling!
