So I have this all of the sudden spark to start doing some cardio kickboxing... Have any of you out there tried it and what did you think? Was it worth it? How did it work out for you?
I feel like I'm failing at Jillian. I skipped 2 days this weekend but worked my butt off last night. And will again this evening. But I feel like I need something more to get the results I want.
