I commit to:
follow the WW diet and stay OP and within my daily points.
exercise a minimum of 30 min a week for 5 days/week
to be consistent with my exercise
comment on the daily chats
blog a minimum of once a week for 6 weeks to evaluate how the week has gone
leave a comment on a team members blog or Sparkpage or give a goodie each day to encourage teammates.
