This video is amazing. I LOVE it. I have always loved running, and did well in track in jr. high and high school. I need to get back to what I love, and I'm trying. I walked 3.25 miles today at a pretty good clip. I even walked with a girl who is a smaller size than I ever was, and she was more winded than me! Hopefully that means I'm getting stronger and healthier, and working toward my goal of running again.

    Thanks - I really am not in as great of shape as it sounds. I am noticing that I am getting MORE in shape. 6 months ago I couldn't hardly breathe through the 3 mile walk, and whined and complained the whole time, in nice cool weather!! I'm trying to build up my endurance, and I think what I'm noticing is that I'm doing better with it, and actually WANT to walk now. :)

    Doing something you are passionate about is key to well-being and health. It appears you are still in great shape. You have had a great deal of activity today! Stick to your plan, and you never know what you will find around the corner. emoticon emoticon emoticon
