I'm soooo busy this week! Next week will be something too but i'll try to manage my time a better way. I haven't go to the gym since a week, I eat so little and very not in a healthy way. DUH. I'll take it in hand a.s.a.p.!
I haven't climb the scale for a couple of days.. I think I'm scared. I haven't drank my 8 water cup for maybe 4 or 5 days.. I'm having some trouble right now, I need more dicipline and I know I can do it. I have to, for myself!
1. I go to bed too late.
2. I don't eat enough veggies / fruits (will do the grocery tomorrow)
3. I'm not relaxing at all
A lot of work to do.
