Yesterday was our Anniversary... emoticon
We made wise-r choices! We had our love to keep us warm...as well as the Texas heat! emoticon
Yesterday, I did my exercises while Jim was home...and so the whole day for this challenge went well.
Today, I had cramps...old gut issues crying FOUL...and I spent much of today in bed.
I made a foolish choice for breakfast...but recovered with my lunch and supper, thanks to a dear friend making a Chick-fil-a salad run for me! emoticon

On the other hand, I am not able to do as much workout as I had planned...and I am finding it difficult to get in the cardio, because of not being able to walk, and needing someone with me at a pool(because of blood sugar crashes when I'm in the pool). So, I did not get that part of the challenge done as well as I would have liked.

Tomorrow is a new day emoticon
God's mercies are new every morning....and by HIS grace, I will continue to move forward...one day at a time.

Someone said something about falling forward????

In His hands and under His wings,
