End of Summer Update

Hello everyone! I feel so much better since I have simplified my routine. I am still using Weight Watchers and just joined the local WW group in my town. I think I need the face-to-face accountability.

My weight has held steady, but I feel like I'm on the right track. I hope to see the weight move off of me within the next 6 months or so. I know I'm eating extremely healthy, and my exercise (running) has been increasing in time and frequency. I'm sure I'll hit a "sweet spot" soon.

Abby is 6 months old now! She is getting more and more independent AND she is sleeping pretty well through the night. Just recently, she's even been napping a bit. That means that I am finally getting some good sleep. When I sleep, I sleep SO GOOD lately. I hope it keeps up.

I started training with a half-marathon training group at our local running store. So far, I've enjoyed the training and I really like the trainer/leader. He does a really great job! The running has been easy so far (I can't believe I just wrote that). The first few weeks of mileage is lower than what I've been used to doing. In the next week or so, I will definitely become more challenged with this.
