Good Morning!

My glucose came in way too high this morning at 248, the last few weekends have been kinda tough, not like my meal plan goes out the window...but I absolutely have been grazing more on Saturday & Sundays....progress.

I know it will be tight throughout this week and heading into next weekend, I'll need to be more mindful of my plan because not only is it affecting my physical health & progress, it just doesn't help my mental focus and it makes me feel bad.

Ok enough gloom, onward & upward...making today count!

    Hopefully you can plan snacks in to your day!
    I watched Dr. Oz yesterday & he had some really great ideas for cutting calories but still getting the munching crunching fix!

    It's good you are thinking of a plan to deal with weekends since the next one will be a three day one. Is there some activity you could do that keeps your mind busy? I find that I sometimes graze out of boredom.
