I had the same thing happen last week. I just wasn't ready. But the key is to say just what you are Today is the first day of your new streak.

Besides, whatever the " positive" part of the mixed result was better than no mixed results at all!! Take pleasure in all the positives you post.

Can you learn to anticipate the triggers that set off the negative
Rive results. And then get rid of them or find substitutes.

Here is a learning from me yesterday. E made a cake. She left it right next to the sink where I have to do the dishes after dinner!!!!! Bad location and
expecting too much that I will just pass it by. So it needs to go out in the lr or dining room where I won't go at that hour.

i have also learned that I need to make sure I have enough food with me during the day - today I have cherries, 1/2 c hummus with pretzels to dip, Honest ade cranberry lemondade drink I already had a half english muffin with peanut butter. so i am trying to keep things varied and enter in my breakfast and lunch and snack info early in the day so I have very realistic idea of what I can have for dinner. the purpose of that in my mind is to reteach myself what normal portions of food are and to avoid
    empty calories.

    soldier on!!!!!!!
