I spent all of the afternoon reading posts on my SparkTeams and other realated nutritional and fitness articles, I am ready for this!
I said on a forum that my personnal challenge for the next week is to replace all binging eating by water! Aye :)
I also have some kind of a plan for my gym goals.. I don't know if this will be realistic for the first week as i haven't excercise in a long time.. but I will go 6 days per week, cardio everyday and strenght every other day with saturday off, to relax.
What I think I'll do (or try to see if it works) for my cardio sessions is, on strenght days i'll just do my normal 30 mins of cardio, mid to hard intensity and on the day where I only do cardio i'll try that "Peak 8" Mercola is raving about. I wonder if it's too hard for me, but it looks like a nice challenge and an effective one, too.
I'm wondering if it's too much exercise too, I don't think so because I know my body really needs it and I really want to see the pounds go down. I'll be careful with what I eat as in: no junk! smaller portions! water! sensitive snacks! Do you think i'm pushing myself here?
I also posted a comment on Eating Clean about how much fructose is too much fructose? Hope someone with knowledge about the subject will answer..
