Happy to be on track

For two days now I've been in my calorie range. I cut out snacks between meals. And now I'm not struggling to stay in my calorie range. I even had enough calories left after dinner to go get a frozen yogurt treat. Yay. I'm begining to think I can do this.

    We can do it...I've done it before now its just time to stop making excuses and start Sparking again. My winter/fall clothes don't fit...I do NOT want to buy bigger clothes....afterall I gave them all away with a smile on my face and the words "I'll never be this size again" came out of my mouth. I'm on day one and your a day ahead of me. I heard if you can stay really steady for 10 days then your more apt to continue. Tomorrow is day 2 :)
