I have to admit, I'm proud of myself and my eating choices this week. I've been making healthy decisions and making good food for myself and my family which they've liked so far. The recipes here have been great! We haven't had a meal with over 10 grams of fat or over 500 calories all week and my fridge is stocked with fruits, veggies, and lite or nonfat everything plus healthy snacks for my kids...a good start!
The trouble I'm running into is staying active. My back pain is REALLY getting to me, even just trying to walk so it's been frustrating. I've been trying to find exercises that I can do to help strengthen my core which I hear might be able to help. I really want to get moving more but it's incredibly difficult to do it when being on my feet hurts my back. I haven't had any accidents or injuries, just lots of weight and a large chest on top of it which has caused some pain or discomfort even before I was this big. :( I'm not gonna give up though...just needed to vent a bit.
