15.8lbs are now Gone!!

I'm so excited. I've now dropped down to 271lbs. That brings my total weight loss so far to 15.8lbs. I am completely amazed. The more I lose the more confident I feel that I can really make my goals. At this rate I'll be down to about 230 by Christmas (a big huge goal of mine!!) Which means I should fit into my size 18 jeans by then. I would be so darn happy when that happens. For now though, it means I just keep plugging away at it. and I keep watching the scale. Sometimes I weight myself during the day and the weight seems to slide up a little bit it doesn't worry me. Because when I get on the scale first thing in the morning... it's going back down again! Hurray!!!

    Congrats on the weight loss and you should not weight yourself in the daytime. Just in the morning because then you would have not put food or water into your body. That is your true weight but when you eat then you will weight more. So do it in the morning and after you go to the bathroom and before you eat or drink anything. emoticon

    We are right on the same path, girlfriend! My highest weight was 270, and 230 is a HUGE goal of mine. I'm ready to fit into my 18's again! : ) Keep up the hard work and we will get there. I've dropped 25 so far, so only 15 more to go. I need to bump up my fitness though. We can do this!!!
