Another reason to kick bad habits

So, went to the dentist today... first time in too long. Got some not such good news but future issues can be prevented if I make some changes.

1. Snacking, even if it's healthy can cause decay because it causes acid in your mouth.
2. Chewing gum, even sugar free kind makes your body think you're eating so it doesn't help matters as far as health of your body or mouth.
3. Drink MORE WATER ALL DAY! Drinking water all day long helps your body in so many different ways!

Anyway, I have some tings to work on, some bad habits to quit and good ones to begin.
