Feeling pretty good!

Well, I still haven't found a scale, but my pants are looser and my hubby thinks my face is thinner. I find that being accountable for my calories has REALLY helped. I need to find a way to get exercise worked in. I tried last night, but my baby kept jumping on me and then tired to yank me around by my hair. It is challenging to do sit ups while holding her, though! :-) Took the little girls for their check up yesterday. Cailin weighs 28 lbs and Maddie is 25. They are 3 and 1 and a half, respectively. Talk about weight lifting! :-)

    Sometimes I think a scale can set your motivation back a little, sure it always feel good when you see the numbers falling, but when they aren't falling or worse that scale becomes enemy number one really fast. As you know I really empathize with you one the difficulty in getting in the exercise but there is constant disturbance, but we wouldn't trade it for anything. A new exercise, kiddo lift! Great stuff Steph!
