My new favourite way to get my Vitamin C and my fruit is squeezing 2 oranges which makes about 1/2 cup of juice and then adding 1/2 tbsp of lemon juice. It's delicious and nutritious! =)

I have been sleeping really crazy lately and I'm not sure what it is. I've been dreaming all night long which makes me really heavy and sleepy in the morning so I don't want to get out of bed. I enjoy the time I have in the morning though when I do finally get up. I make my breakfast and track it. It's kind of fun. This morning I had the best breakfast and it was totally healthy with lots of protein and low in fat and almost no carbs! Carbs have been killing me and they are really hard to stay away from. I've been going over almost every day so far so today I vow not to! Increase protein, lower carbs. That's todays goal.

Time to head outside and shovel some snow! Yay!

    Im struggling with Carbs too... I need to add them back into my life but I need them to be complex and not all the no nothing carbs... ya know?
