Losing Weight Using Baby Steps! (247.6)

I am down a little over a pound from last week and, of course, I swung higher than 248 all the way over 250, in fact, BUT I am back on target! YIPPEE! More importantly, I am having SO much fun (not with portion control, though, that just sucks). I have been doing water aerobics to ease into land aerobics and/or walking nearly every day as well. I do a loop with my 85 year old grandma that I thought was a mile but I measured it with my new Garmin at just over .7. Sometimes knowledge is just disappointment, not power.
I also just went for a physical and my blood pressure is 112/60. That's just great. I could tell the doctor was surprised by the way she squealed. Good moment. My blood work came back and every thing looks perfect from my sodium to my lymphocytes.
