Not giving up but today is a bad day

Today I decided to write down what I eat instead of tracking it on SP. I'm becoming obsessed with everything I take in and I feel terrible at the end of the day because I either went over my calories, or went over my fat or carbs. And worried about how low my potassium and magnesium is. It's silly. So today I thought I'd try just winging it. Besides drinking some alcohol I think I'm doing pretty good. Tomorrow I will input all of my food for today and see how I actually did. At some point we have to learn to do it on our own without tracking. Tomorrow I'll go back to tracking because I know I still need it for awhile. I am not giving up though! As much as I think about my old habits...fast food, fast food and more fast food... I'm not going to go back to that life style! I need to be healthy and I need to be thin!
