feeling bad today

I've had an incredibly difficult week with my self-confidence and happiness. Stress has overcome me. I am doing really good with my calories and water but I am still gaining weight back.

How do you kick yourself out of this self-destructive mental mode? How do I learn to "let-it-go"... How do you tell yourself that 2lbs. gained back is okay?.. I long to tell people "no" so I can achieve my own goals without feeling guilty. It seems impossible....
