What brought you to motivate, to spark? Why are you ready to take on your weight loss goals now? And if you have been struggling, what is getting in your way?

Was searching the internet looking for a weight loss site that didn't cost money, that's when I found Spark. My first daughter was already 2 yrs. old and I still looked like I was pregnant and hated my people asked me when I was due. It was time to get back into shape and put myself first. I loved how great this site was and how much people cheered you on and helped you meet your goals. Then in May 2009 I found out I was pregnant with bay #2 and was done 20 lb. but not close to were I wanted to be. After baby was born my weight got back out of control and felt overwhelmed because I was taking care of 2 kids and felt like I had no time. Then in July 2010 I lost my Mom to a massive heart attack and just let myself go even more. In March 2011 I was at my heaviest and knew I needed to do something about it and started losing weight on my own but needed to great people to push me. So in September I logged back on to Spark and started over, I found my Sunny Gal team that I was on before and joined back up.

I'm ready to take on my goals so I can be healthier and show my girls how to be active so later in life they don't have weight issues like I have. My biggest struggle is when I get upset about something I turn to food. Know I go read a fitness magazine or do some yoga and that seems to help me
